Review AI-generated creative before running Meta ads

Treat AI labeling, truthful claims, likeness permission, and placement review as separate checks. A label does not approve the rest of the advertisement.
Check the current labeling path
Meta describes transparency labels for images and videos created or significantly edited with its advertising AI tools and its expansion toward third-party tools in its GenAI transparency update. Review the current publishing controls and asset information in your account.
Do not assume the organic-post flow and paid-ad flow apply labels identically. Keep a record of how the asset was created and the final ad preview.
Review what the creative implies
A fictional presenter should not claim a real purchase, personal result, professional qualification, or endorsement that never occurred. Check the spoken line, caption, visual demonstration, and landing page together.
For a product scene, compare the exact variant, shape, color, and feature with the source. An AI disclosure cannot correct a misleading before-and-after or an invented product function.
Inspect the delivered version
Preview the actual placements, including crops, text, music, and any automated creative adjustments. Preserve the approved source and the exported version so a later problem can be traced.
