Drizzle terms of use

Using your account

Use Drizzle only if you can enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to act for any business you represent. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and take responsibility for activity you authorize. Do not share another person’s credentials or attempt to access accounts, files, or systems without permission.

Your inputs and generated content

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You give Drizzle and the providers needed to operate the service permission to process, store, transform, and transmit those inputs to carry out your requests and maintain your workspace. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for product assets, music, likenesses, voices, and other material you submit.

You may use generated outputs subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms that apply to the underlying services. Drizzle does not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable, accurate, or free of third-party claims. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them.

Credits, subscriptions, and cancellation

Paid creation uses credits. The selected plan or checkout explains the price, allowance, and billing arrangement. Subscription charges recur according to the plan until canceled. You can use the cancellation option in your account, which opens the supported billing flow; check its confirmation for the effective date.

A generation can require multiple attempts. Charges and any failed-job credit adjustments are recorded through the service. Account credits are for using Drizzle and are not a cash balance. Purchase refunds are handled under the refund policy, separately from job-credit adjustments.

Review and permitted use

Follow the acceptable-use policy. You are responsible for product accuracy, advertising claims, necessary permissions, disclosures, and the requirements of the platform where you publish. Drizzle does not guarantee advertising approval, revenue, conversion results, or uninterrupted availability of a particular external model.

Public learning resources and tools provide general information and planning assistance. They are not professional legal, medical, or financial advice and do not approve a campaign for you.

Availability and account restrictions

Features, model access, limits, and integrations may change as the service and providers change. Keep your own copies of essential source assets and accepted outputs. We may restrict activity or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security problems, nonpayment, legal obligations, or material violations of these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe a restriction or charge is incorrect, contact Drizzle with the relevant account and transaction or conversation reference.
