Information the service handles
Drizzle handles account information such as your name, email address, sign-in credentials or connected sign-in identity, and session records. It also handles the prompts, conversations, product images, reference videos, files, generated outputs, and connected-service information you provide through the workspace.
Billing records include subscription, purchase, credit, and payment-reference information. Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Operational records can include request times, job status, errors, IP addresses, and device or request information needed to operate and protect the service.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, maintain conversations and files, carry out generation requests, connect services you choose to authorize, process payments and credits, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Referral information may be used to attribute an invitation and calculate the applicable credit reward.
The public planning tools run their input calculations in your browser. They do not submit the text entered into those tools to a generation API.
Service providers and connected services
Providing the workspace requires hosting, storage, authentication, payment, and AI processing services. Relevant providers include Cloudflare for infrastructure and media storage, Stripe for payments, and AI services used for conversation, image, or video generation, including OpenAI, Google, Kling-related services, and generation intermediaries such as Replicate when a workflow uses them. Inputs needed for a requested operation may be transmitted to the corresponding provider.
If you connect another service, the connection uses the permissions you authorize. Providers may process information in countries other than your own and under their own applicable terms and notices. Contact Drizzle if you need details about the providers involved in a particular workflow before uploading sensitive material.
Asset links and cookies
Uploaded and generated media can be served through publicly reachable asset URLs. Anyone who obtains such a URL may be able to access the file. Account access controls should not be treated as a guarantee that every media URL is private. Do not upload confidential material or sensitive personal information that is unsuitable for this handling.
Drizzle uses cookies and similar session mechanisms for sign-in and service operation, including referral attribution where relevant. Your browser can manage cookies, but blocking essential session cookies can prevent account features from working.
Retention and your choices
Account, content, and operational records are retained as needed to provide the service, maintain your workspace, handle billing and disputes, protect the service, and meet applicable obligations. There is no promise that all records disappear immediately when a file is removed from a visible folder; provider copies, logs, backups, and legally required records may have different retention needs.
You can ask about access, correction, deletion, or restrictions on your information by emailing the contact below. We may need to verify the account before acting and may retain information where required or permitted by applicable law. Rights and available complaints processes depend on your location.
