Build a creative brief from one customer question

The most useful ad often answers a question buyers ask before purchase.
Choose a real question
Use support messages, product-page search, or sales conversations. “Does this pouch have dividers?” is clearer than “make it exciting.”
Find visual proof
Gather photos that show the answer and write one verified fact. Use the creative brief builder to organize it.
Review the result
Ask someone unfamiliar with the item whether the clip answers the question. If not, move the detail earlier or use a clearer still.
A worked example
A support inbox repeatedly asks whether a travel pouch has separate compartments. The brief can name that question, attach the open-pouch photo, and request a short view of the two dividers. The ad then earns its existence by answering something buyers ask. Review whether the final clip actually reveals the interior rather than only presenting a stylish exterior.
Decision check
Review the exact SKU, source imagery, current offer, and destination as one chain before using the asset. A generated scene can be visually persuasive while changing construction or availability. Save the accepted file with its product version and retire it when the physical item or terms change.
