Prepare a landscape product video for Amazon advertising

Select the Amazon ad product before composing the video. Specifications differ by placement, and stretching a vertical clip is not a substitute for a landscape composition.
Confirm the format-specific specification
Amazon’s display ads with video guide lists 16:9 for that format. Its broader ad specification directory covers other products and placements. Confirm the exact destination before choosing dimensions, duration, audio, and file settings.
Do not describe one format’s requirements as universal to every Amazon video placement.
Compose the scene for landscape
Keep the product large enough to inspect, with enough horizontal room for context or approved text. A vertical source can be used as an element in a new composition, but avoid cutting off the feature or stretching the item.
Use real close-ups where label accuracy or a mechanism matters. Generated context should not change the SKU, included accessories, size, or function.
Review the export and listing together
Inspect the actual file for legibility, crop, audio, and any required disclosures. Open the destination listing and check the variant and claims. Amazon moderation is a separate step; generating a compliant-looking file does not guarantee approval.
