Plan the creative
A shot style should earn its place by making one feature easier to see. Match the move to source views and the item’s physical behavior. When the camera reveals an undocumented surface, shorten the move or use an approved still.
Choose a tabletop material that separates the item from the background. Put one relevant prop behind it for context, not between the camera and the product.
A worked example
A ceramic bottle on a dark table can begin with a clean whole-item view and end on its cap. One folded cloth behind it gives context without hiding the label. Check that the cap design and contact shadow remain stable as the camera moves.
