Keep product and campaign folders useful

Organize around how you retrieve assets: by product, campaign, or recurring content format.

By Drizzle team

Work through the task

Create a small set of clearly named folders in the asset library. A product folder can hold source photos, approved character images, accepted videos, and export variants. Use filenames to distinguish those roles rather than creating a deeply nested structure.

Review the result

Before moving or deleting files, confirm whether a conversation or teammate still needs them. Keep the accepted version easy to find, and retain the input and brief needed to reproduce a revision. Folder organization does not replace permission checks or a backup of essential originals.

Make the next revision specific

Describe the difference between the output and the intended result. “Keep the original straight hem” is easier to act on than “Make it better.” Preserve the parts that already work and change one important detail at a time.

Once an asset passes review, save it with a clear name and check the final export on a phone. Use the product photo checklist, explore the other guides, or open the Drizzle workspace.
