Starting inputs: Text, image, audio, and video reference inputs described by ByteDance Seed.
A creative brief that needs several kinds of reference, such as product appearance and motion direction.
Assign a clear job to each reference. Use the image for product identity and the clip for movement, then inspect whether unrelated reference details leaked into the result.
Access and supported combinations depend on the provider. A multimodal model still needs a concise brief and compatible references.
What to test with Seedance 1.5 Pro
Starting inputs: Joint audio and visual generation described by ByteDance Seed.
A scene where spoken delivery, environmental sound, and visuals need to be considered together.
Request a short scene with one speaker and one background sound. Check which sound belongs to which action and whether speech remains intelligible.
A model research page describes capabilities, not your hosting provider’s price or production availability.
Make the comparison fair
Use the same approved product facts, target crop, duration, and quality threshold. When the models accept different inputs, record the extra preparation each needs: supplying a finished audio track is real production work. Run more than one attempt, retain failures, and compare the accepted clips without showing the reviewer their source.
Score product fidelity, speech timing, scene control, and editing effort independently. A model that wins a portrait test may still be the wrong choice for a close-up product manipulation.
Choose from the cost of accepted work
