Diagnose an AI product ad that is not converting

Follow the shopper’s path before making another batch of videos. The failure may sit in delivery, the opening, the offer, or the destination.
Find the first weak step
Check whether the ad delivered to the intended placement and whether the reported events are working. Then review early attention, outbound clicks, landing-page visits, carts, and purchases using one date range.
Low delivery is a different problem from strong clicks with no page visits. Avoid changing the script, audience, and price together before locating the first meaningful drop.
Compare the promise with the page
Watch the ad once, then open its destination on a phone. Does the selected variant match? Is the same price visible? Are shipping and delivery conditions clear? Can the shopper find evidence for the feature the ad highlighted?
Check the creative for an invented demonstration or exaggerated result. A convincing scene that misrepresents the item can create curiosity and still damage purchase confidence.
Make a correction you can evaluate
If the opening is vague, show the product detail earlier. If the click is motivated by the wrong idea, narrow the promise. If checkout loses shoppers, investigate the page and offer before regenerating a face.
Use the metrics calculator and testing framework. Measure the effect of the focused correction over a sensible window, with the remaining conditions documented.
