Organize Google Ads keyword themes for a creative tool

Group search terms around a task the landing page can complete.

Start with a job

Separate image-to-video, ad script drafting, aspect-ratio help, and campaign math. Each job may need a different page and call to action.

Use the planner carefully

Filter camera shopping, general agency searches, and unrelated software terms even if they have high volume. Match language and country to the campaign.

Write to the destination

An ad about a calculator should open the working calculator. An ad about making a video should open a product workflow that explains the input and review process.

A worked example

Build separate groups for photo-to-video creation, storyboarding help, and ad metrics. A query for a CPM calculator should land on the working calculator, not a video generator page. Remove camera shopping suggestions that Keyword Planner returns from broad photo seeds. The result is a smaller campaign map tied to tasks Drizzle can actually complete.

Decision check

Keep the numerator, denominator, date range, currency, and attribution definition with every reported result. A metric describes one part of the shopper path; compare it with visits, purchases, and order contribution before changing the creative or budget. State what the observation cannot establish.
