Investigate high CTR and low purchases on a product ad

The ad may be making a promise the page cannot complete, or the visit may be lost before the shopper reaches it.
Trace the visit
Compare platform link clicks with measured landing visits. Check mobile load, redirects, tracking, and accidental tap patterns.
Match the promise
Open the ad destination as a shopper. Confirm the same item, variant, price, feature, shipping terms, and offer are visible.
Choose a correction
Fix a broken destination before generating more video. If the ad attracts the wrong question, rewrite its opening around a verified product detail.
A worked example
A bag ad highlights an inside pocket and earns plenty of link clicks. The destination opens on a different colorway and hides the pocket photo under a collapsed gallery. Fix the variant and page presentation before paying for another video. If tracked landing visits are also low, inspect mobile load and redirects as a separate first problem.
Decision check
Keep the numerator, denominator, date range, currency, and attribution definition with every reported result. A metric describes one part of the shopper path; compare it with visits, purchases, and order contribution before changing the creative or budget. State what the observation cannot establish.
