Check mobile loading after a video ad click

A promising creative loses its chance when the product page takes too long or redirects unpredictably.

Open the final ad URL on a phone connection. Note redirects, consent prompts, variant selection, and whether the main product information appears promptly.

Separate metrics

Compare platform clicks with measured landing visits; they are collected differently. A gap suggests a path worth investigating, not proof of one cause.

Fix the first obstacle

Keep the ad message consistent while repairing the destination. Then recheck visits before paying for a new creative batch.

A worked example

An ad platform reports 500 link clicks while analytics records far fewer product-page visits. Open the destination on a phone and trace redirects, consent prompts, and loading behavior. Some differences come from measurement methods, so do not claim one cause from the counts alone. Fix any obvious obstruction, then compare the same reports over a new window.

Decision check

Keep the numerator, denominator, date range, currency, and attribution definition with every reported result. A metric describes one part of the shopper path; compare it with visits, purchases, and order contribution before changing the creative or budget. State what the observation cannot establish.
