Plan Black Friday 2026 creative around approval deadlines

Work backward from the offer launch and fulfillment promises. Generation is one step; product accuracy, revisions, rights, and destination checks also need time.

Six to eight weeks before the campaign

Confirm the products, inventory assumptions, offer conditions, and delivery constraints with the people responsible for them. Gather current product photos and any real demonstration footage. Write a short list of purchase questions the campaign should answer.

Build a small set of concepts: a feature reveal, a use case, and an offer explanation. Keep the discount details replaceable until the promotion is approved.

Three to five weeks before launch

Produce initial assets and test the explanation with people unfamiliar with the product. Review variants, claims, crop, and rights. Use Drizzle for product-photo-led concepts while retaining real footage where physical proof matters.

Make revisions before adding a large number of similar variants. Label evergreen assets separately from dated offer assets so an expired promotion is easy to remove.

The final two weeks and launch

Confirm final prices, dates, stock wording, shipping cutoffs, landing pages, and platform requirements. Preview every placement and keep a replacement ready for an unavailable item or changed offer.

During the campaign, monitor the business outcome and destination accuracy, not only clicks. Afterward, retire expired urgency and discount claims. Use the testing budget calculator and content library guide to keep the batch manageable. This is a planning schedule, not a platform-mandated timeline.
