Profit after ads calculator

Estimate order contribution after product costs, fulfillment, fees, refunds, and advertising. Fixed overhead and tax are separate.

Work through an example

On $6,000 net revenue from 100 orders, subtract $1,800 product cost, $900 fulfillment and fees, $300 refunds, and $1,500 ads. That leaves $1,500, or $15 per order before fixed overhead.

Read the result carefully

Use net revenue after discounts and realistic return costs. A positive result here still has to cover salaries, software, rent, and taxes.

Next step

Use the result to write one testable creative or budget decision. Keep the underlying report, date range, and assumptions beside it. For a product scene, take the verified facts into the Drizzle workspace.
